LACM has spent more than two decades executing work that cannot be ordered out of a catalog.

Andrew Capili is the owner and General Contractor of LA Construction and Maintenance. The company has operated in Greater Los Angeles since 2001, and it is still run the same way it started — family owned, personally involved, and accountable to the people whose homes we work in.
That involvement is the difference clients tend to describe. Questions get answered by someone who knows the project. Decisions do not disappear into a chain of account managers. And when something needs to be made right, there is no ambiguity about who is responsible.
Much of LACM's work continues to come from repeat clients and referrals, which is the only measure of customer service that really means anything in construction.
