LA Construction and Maintenance is a family owned, owner-led general contractor. We build homes, remodel them, expand them, and support the commercial properties that keep this city running.
Company Story
It started in 2001.
LA Construction and Maintenance — LACM — has been building in Greater Los Angeles since 2001. What began as a small, hands-on construction company has grown into an experienced general contractor handling ground-up homes, whole-home remodels, additions, ADUs, rebuilding work and commercial construction.
What has not changed is how the company operates. It is still family owned. The owner is still involved in the projects. And the standard is still the same one it started with: do the work properly, communicate honestly, and finish what you start.
Roughly 25 years of experience later, most of our work still comes from people who have worked with us before or were sent by someone who has.
Meet Andrew Capili
Owner and General Contractor.
Andrew is the owner of LA Construction and Maintenance and a licensed General Contractor. He is directly involved in the company's projects — which is the practical reason clients get straight answers instead of relayed ones.

Accountability has a name.
A family owned company cannot hide behind scale. The people who own the business are the people answering for the work, which changes how decisions get made on site.
